The need of the dialogue is justified by the conviction of interlocutors about the value of the relation between them. Although the manner of the assessment of business experiences in the proposed formuła is narrowed to the interactive criterion of fairness, that crite-rion suffices to enable the partners to agree, or find a consensus. It discloses to them the ethically and praxeologically destructive effects of a refusal to exchange information about their own accom-plishments and plans and, sometimes, the conseąuences of a refusal to accept responsibility for the process of others growing up to the role of business partners.
