Hrushevsky left a thousand pages of artistic heritage. Sixteen of his short stories and his memoir How I Used to Be a Fiction Writer are collected here. These works testify to the author's path in fiction: from a folk writer who dreams of literature as a public cause to a modernist who releases the locked children of his thought. Following Kant, the writer Hrushevsky invites us to look at the starry sky above us and at the moral law within us.
