The year 2002 marks the beginning of the twelfth year of the existance of our journal which originated somehow accidentally after the withdrawal of a considerable amount of materials sent to another well-established journal seriously endangered at that time by ceasing publication. By this move two birds were killed with one stone: the endangered journal was saved and new journal established
